Abstract
Dermoid cyts in neck and head areas are rare and mostly the patients belong to the pediatric age group especially to the newborns and infants. To date, the reported adult patients with such lesions in the literature are only 7. The reported adult case was operated for his bregmatic dermoid cysts.

Baş ve boyun bölgesinde nadir olarak görülen dermoid kistler çoğunlukla pediatrik yaş grubu ve bu grubun özellikle yenido 'ğan ve süt çocuğu döneminde görülür. Literatürde yetişkin dönemde tan ısı konarak opere edilmis yedi bregmatik lezyon olgusu mevcuttur. Bu bildiride bregma yerle şimli dermoid kist saptanarak opere edilen bir yetişkin olgu sunulmaktadır.
